Contributions from Brother Pash

I am really proud to have been invited by my nephew Sachin to contribute some of my recipes to the family and friends community .

Indian home Style Continental Cooking
In this section we are going to cover the recipes what our sons call "The Indian Home Style Continental Cooking" ; these are very typical Continental dishes suited to the Indian taste .
Here we bring together the dishes enjoyed most over our house dinners by our family and friends over last more than 30 years and have become either Dolly's or Kanwal's trademark dishes . Most ingriedients are easily available and are quite simple to cook . We will try to cover a video for most of the dishes.
